HELP!

Overview on how to use the CoastToday.com tools to create and maintain your site/listing. They are simple to use and maintain. The most convenient order in which to use these tools for most businesses are: #1 Image Upload Tool If you don't have a picture to add right away just start with TOOL #2 (You can always come back to this tool and add your pictures later.) #2 Create Business Tool #3 Create Shopping Cart or Reservations Tool #4 Create Coupons Tool #5 Promote your Site TOOL #1 Images Tools: Upload- If you have a picture to use in any CoastToday.com listing, use this tool first to upload that picture(s) from your computer. Just click on the UPLOAD button and follow the instructions for that tool. More upload help: Once you click on the upload tool button you will see a Browse button- Click on the "BROWSE" button and you will be able to see the directories and folders on your computer. Simply find the directory and folder you keep your images in and click on the image file you need for your CoastToday.com listing(s) (either business or classified) and then click OPEN. Click on the upload button and wait for the file to upload. Once you see your image listed you will be able to use it in any CoastToday.com listing that allows you to include an image, later. If you don't have a picture to add right away just start with TOOL #2 (You can always come back to this tool and add your pictures later.) Rename- If you need to rename an image file use this tool. Delete- This tool will allow you to delete any image you don't need any longer. TOOL #2 Business Tools: Create- Simply fill in all your business information, in the fields provided, that you would like to see on your business site. The more information you include, however, the better the listing will look on the Internet. Change- This tool will allow you to come back to your business information fields and add/change or remove any of the information you want to about your business. More Help: Simply click on the change button then on your listing. Click the "Get Record" button. Now you can make any needed changes to your listing. Delete- If, for any reason, you wish to remove your listing use this tool to delete your site. More Help: Click on this button and choose the listing to be deleted and click on the "Get Record button. The listing will appear as on the details page with the Question- "Remove This Listing?" YES or NO NOTE: The Direct Business Listing Link Information field is used to enable visitors to directly link to your business listing page. By entering your business name in the designated box your url address will take the form of: http://www.coasttoday.com/business_name. All spaces will be replaced with _ characters and your entry will also be set to lower case. If your link doesn't work after you update, or if it goes to someone else's business listing, then please wait until after 3:00 a.m. after which all issues will automatically be resolved, if not, then please contact us. TOOL #3 Coupons Tools: Create- This tool will make it possible for you to offer your very own store specials and $ off coupons in a variety of colors and ready for your customers to print off and enjoy. Change- It's a new week or month and your business offers a new great deal ...simply use this tool to either add another coupon or delete the old and add a new coupon. Delete- If you wish to remove your coupons from your business site simply use this tool to remove all remaining coupons. TOOL #4 Shopping Cart or Reservations Tools: Create- This tool will show you Step by Step how to create your very own shopping cart / Reservation order form tailored to your business. Change- If you need to change prices or add a new item or line of products simply use this tool to get back to your order from tools and make the needed changes or additions. Delete- If you wish to remove your order form simply use this tool and delete your shopping cart from your business listing. TOOL #5 Classifieds Tools: Create- This tool will create your classified ad listing by asking you to fill in the blank fields with the info you need to sell your item. Change- If you need to make changes to your classified, this tool will retrieve your ad info and allow you to make any necessary changes. Delete- If your item sells or you wish to remove your classified for any reason before it's run date ends use this tool to delete your ad immediately. "Registration Information" Tool Button- Here you may edit any of your Registration Information you included when you first registered on CoastToday.com. "Remove my I.D."Tool Button- does exactly as it indicates, in case you no longer have use of any CoastToday.com tools.
